Inner chamber made of stainless steel 304 grade.
Outer Body constructed from S.S. 304 grade / Mold steel powder coated.
Lid Closing by Radial Locking System.
Sealing of Lid by Neoprene/Silicon Rubber Gasket. It is provided with Silicon Gasket, pressure gauge, pressure release valve S.S. Basket, safety valve, water level indicator & Pressure control switch.
Operating range from 5psi to 20 psi pressure.
Sterilizing Temperature up o 134°C.
Tested up to 2.5 times of required Pressure.
Voltage : 220 Volts AC (50Hz)

Time, Purge On / Off set point Exhaust Out Point High Alarm Set Point (ACUOTOMATIC DIGITAL MINUTE TIMER which starts automatically when set/desired value of temperature is achieved. When the set time period is over the heaters get switched off automatically with alarm for cycle end.)
4. PC communication through RS 485 connectivity.
5. Microprocessor based Touch Screen display system with either printing or communication option.
6. Triple walled arrangement for Dry sterilization.
